Duckling throwing up

My duckling is vomiting! She is spitting out water and her mouth is black she is 1 1/2 weeks old. I don't have any pictures right now. Please help me

Did she just drink water and you picked her up and pressed against her crop? Ducks don’t vomit but liquid will come out of their crop especially if they’ve just had a big drink of water and then their crop is pressed against.

I did pick her up by her crop. I did this because it helps my duckling relax a bit better. I'm still confused why there was black in her mouth though and she was also wheezing a little.

Oh okay thank you for telling me! I didn't know I was not holding her properly. While she recovers I will research how to hold a duckling properly. Again thank you so much for telling me I appreciate it!
