Duckling twisted leg

I have a 6 week old Ancona duckling that can't walk. I got it at 2 days old and its right leg seemed to twist in a little. He has always walked a little funny, a couple days ago I came and he was laying on his right side and couldn't even stand up. He doesn't like putting pressure on the right leg. I made him a sling to hold him up and take him for walks. I have been letting him swim in the bath tub and he seems to swim fine. Today he is sitting up correctly and he can stand up for a little while. He's still a little wobbly. He also walked a little bit. When he walks his right leg crosses over the left leg. Is there anything I can do to fix this. Will he be able to live a normal live with his leg twisted in. Please help.
