Thank you! Me too. I’m so afraid to get bad news, but I can’t keep watching her struggling so much. They’re 8 weeks old now.

Just saw the vet, and she said that it looks like a niacin deficiency. I’ve been giving her a good 2ml daily of the High level b complex for 2-3 weeks now. I really thought it would have been corrected by now. Should I be giving her more?

I read a pretty discouraging post by John Metzer that suggested that at this age, it might be too late for her to ever recover. Has anyone had any experience with a duck getting better from 8 weeks on? Or is she too far gone to ever get better?

Either way, I think I’m going to make her some pretty shoes this weekend.
