I have two ducklings. Yesterday, one of them died due to unknown reason. The duckling left started vomiting his eaten foods yesterday too. I don't know if it's the effect of being alone or a disease. Whenever my duckling feel like throwing up, he'll chirp like crazy then open and shake his beak until the foods come out. I don't know the reason and how to cure it.

Unfortunately, there's no vet facility near my location. Yeah, I've been trying to be always by his side.

Hello,
What are you feeding them?
Hello, it turns out that my duckling vomits every time I feed him Moringa leaves, he looked so happy when I fed it to him earlier. Then now, he's crying out louf and drinks water until he gets it all out. I didn't know that it's bad for them.

Did the duckling vomit after petting it? When they are young stroking their neck can cause them to vomit.

Otherwise [USER=332795]@issac 0 is very knowledgeable about ducks. He may be able to provide some insight.
Thanks for the concern! It turns out my duckling vomits every time after feeding it Moringa leaves. I pinch and cut it into small pieces before feeding him tho. I thought the size was the problem but it was really overall the Moringa leaves.

I am glad you figured it out. I hope your duckling keeps doing well

Out of curiosity, do you feed him a couple of times a day, or does he have all-day access to food?
