Ok I've got about a month old duckling sometimes it wheeze and coughs and sometimes it doesn't and im using wheat straw as bedding should I be concerned? His nose is clear and he acts just fine also could it be allergies?

It could be the straw. Straw can mold quickly and ducklings tend to be so messy that it could be cause for concern. I add straw in the winter because it's a good insulator. I have to clean it out often due to moisture issues.
Does the duckling have access to fresh water that it can dunk its head in?
Maybe try a different bedding to see if that is the issue.

Oops, I guess I meant of the whole living area - run, etc. I'm wondering if your set up leans more to the chicken's needs vs the duck's needs. It can be hard to have both together and meet the needs of each species.
Also, to be fair to the duck, it really should have a duck buddy.
