Ahh this is urgent please help. I think my chickens injured my duckling and the skin by her thigh is ripped open. I just found it when I was admiring her cuteness. There is like 1 dot of blood but that is it, no extreme bleeding. I can see her insides, like the thigh muscle and the veins and I'm about to pass out even thinking about it. Here is a picture, I can't take her to a vet is there anything else I can do? I cleaned it and put on ointment

Trim some of the fluff and feathers away from the wound.
Flush the wound with saline, diluted chlorhexidine or betadine. Get some more photos once you have cleaned it and trimmed the fluff so we can see how deep it is.
Apply triple antibiotic ointment or vetericyn.
thank you! i cleaned the wound and put antibiotic ointment last night and again this morning. wasn't anything really "deep" just her skin ripped and you can see inside as far as it goes. anyways now it is crusted over and no longer open (like around the edges), i'm still keeping a close eye as i can still see a bit of her muscle, where the skin did not stretch over it 😫

Something if you care for it daily and barring infection will generally heal just fine. She's young, so likely will feather back out and you'll never know she was injured.
