Duckling with a twisted neck! ~need help fast!!!~

Well the others hatched and I noticed he was in the wrong position with his neck all twisted the others had all hatched but I left him to see if he could get out himself and he did. But now his neck is all twisted. Is there anything I can do? Cause I can take care of a
Handy capped duck but I just want him to be happy.
