Duckling with "broken" wings?

I just got home after being away for a few weeks and realized there's something very wierd going on with my ducklings wings. They have finally started to feather out and now the tips of her wings stick out and dangle around instead of staying tucked under the rest of her wings.

It's really unnerving they just flop around and are kind of tilted backwards

I don't have ducks, but I believe what your duckling has is called "angel wing".
