Duckling with crossed legs

I just rescued a duckling from the animal shelter. She walks on her knees. Her hips are splayed and feet crossed. Is there any way to save her? I’ve been giving her high doses of niacin.

House her on a non slip surface and continue with the Niacin supplementation. Hopefully that will help with her problem.
