He or she was fine last night at 1 am when i went to bed no signs of problems. This morning the head is sideways and they are freaking out, none of the other ducklings have this.

Get some poultry vitamins containing vitamin B1 ( thiamine,) vitamin E, and selenium. Those are all found in Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell, or you can use most poultry vitamins in the water, PolyVisol without iron 2-3 ml daily, and give a little chopped egg for selenium. Wry neck in a young bird is usually a vitamin deficiency.

You should also isolate any bird showing symptoms compatible with Newcastle disease. Don't let the other birds touch any droppings or discharges from this bird until clearing the issue.

Gave the little one Nutri-drench as suggested by WVDuckChick, I have poultry vitamins in the water. Its eating and drinks, its near impossible to isolate it my other lamps are being used in other brooders. What I dont get is this is my own hatch no exposure to other ducklings aside from ones we hatched with it.

I would not worry about isolating the duckling. It needs to be with it’s flockmates. Exotic Newcastles is very unlikely, and not present in the US. Wry neck in a baby is usually a vitamin B1 or E deficiency from birth, or it can be genetic or from head trauma. Good luck on recovery.
