Instead of Nutri drench get Liquid B complex give your duckling 1 ml a day. The liquid b complex is in the cattle dept. You can buy syringes there too. Measure 1ml and pour over feed small amount so the ducklings get the whole dose or something yummy like a small amt of meal worms Vitamin E would help too. @BackyardDucks8804

I was afraid it might be neurological.

His eyes look fine. I checked the area where his ears should be and there's no discharge or anything so I'm not thinking ear infection (unless it's inner ear I suppose). I also can't feel anything wrong with the bones of his neck. I can manually stretch and straighten his neck out, but the minute I let go, he goes back to tilting it.

I took 2 home from the store just like that. I have been lightly massaging the necks with Arnica Gel, then holding them in my lap with my fingers firming a circle around the necks allowing them to do their own neck movements for about twenty minutes once a day. The head is now being held straighter and less circling for both. This is the 5th day. I have hopes of full recovery....only a small amount of the gel, please.
