Duckling with slipped tendon?

Hi first time hatching ducklings and sadly this is the only one that hatched but it been a full 24hrs and the legs have not straightened out. I dont really feel the tendon on the wrong side but it feels like the leg is locked in place and will not move out. It is kind of walking on its knees and flopping around anything i can do to help straighten them out and make it usfull again?
