Duckling with stuff oosing out

I've got a two week old duckling with stuff oozing out of its belly button area. It almost looks like it could be digested food. Anyone have any insight or advice?

That maybe infection keep this little one very clean and if you can get to a vet for treatment would be best. This can be very serious
