Duckling with watery eye

My week and a half old Muscovy duckling has kind of a watery eye. It’s been looking a bit crusty along the outside but just right now it’s kind of watery. Is this normal? Will it go away on its own? Thank you!

What type of waterer are you using? Very important than can clean their eyes out and nares too. Any other symptoms?

At the moment I’m using 2 ramekin dishes and keep them topped off. No other symptoms. Active and busy as usually! It’s definitely deep enough for it to stick it’s whole bill in but probably not deep enough for its eyes. Suggestions on how to get it deeper without it being so big that they can swim? Although I did put them in a tub of warm water yesterday and they didn’t seem to like it to much I know Muscovys are different but they’re definitely nothing like other ducklings I’ve raised!
