Duckling with Wry Neck ?

This little guy is going on 2 weeks. He was not born this way. I scooped him up and brought him inside as soon as I noticed it yesterday. I originally thought it was something with his crop. Does this look like Wry Neck? He might have gotten into some pesticide/Diazinon. He's been on Flock Raiser and I do put corn out occasionally. I noticed this evening his bean is not in the center of his bill. Could this mean anything? He is eating, pooping and drinking. I am treating with molasses, multivitamins and electrolytes. All thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I've never had the problem, raise chickens but there is a thread here about it....Search for wry neck. I've read Vitamin E 400mg 2x day for 10 days then wean off, Selenium 25mcg (250mcg tablet dissolve in 2ml water) .2cc 1x day 10 days then wean off, B Complex .5cc 2x day 5 days then 1x day every other day for 5 days...but that's for chicks/chickens, PLEASE double check by searching.
Someone will correct me or peep in.
