Well it came out and it wouldn't move its head I don't know how to post pictures or I would

How long has it been hatched? It can take a bit to get up strength.

Maybe he was really cramped in the egg. Did he hatch on his own or do you assist him? Please do post the post on the "duck thread." for their comments.
