ducklings all dying

I hope someone can help me.
I've hatched out nearly 200 ducklings this year. With no major issues. We always lose a couple in a hatch though.
I had gotten a big lot of call duck eggs from ebay, since my calls refused to lay this year.
they hatched 8 days ago, and in the last 2 hours, they all died.
They all did the same thing. they started peeping really loudly, then they wouldnt walk, then they were jumping, like legs spazming, then their breathing slowed, they their neck contorted backward, and legs stretched out, then they died.

Can anyone tell me whats going on????

i had a chick that died as you describe

he wouldnt walk and then lost his vioce and then died

this is a desiese that is passed on even ifthe parent chicken survives the deisiese they are cariers

and saying ebay eggs says it all you cant garuntee what the flock is like as my chick that died was also a ebay egg
