Ducklings and Niacin

So I know I need to supplement my ducks feed with Niacin, I have two week old ducklings right now. I was wondering how much you need to feed them? I have 250mg capsules that I can easily break open. Also, is it safe to feed this to my chicks, or would it hurt them? At this point all my ducklings and chicks are together in the same brooder, it would be more convenient for me to feed them together but if its not safe then I can separate for feeding. Any help would be appreciated!

Brewers yeast in the ducklings food will be a great source of niacin for them , although I don't knw if it"ll affect the chicks greatly
