One chick has been chirping for 24 hours. I saw the external pip at 2 in the morning. They both seem to be napping now. No more cracking recently. Is this all normal?

I have one. Hatched about 4 hours ago and just checked. Still sleeping and umbilical still attached, I took off the shell. Is that all normal? When should she start walking? Also, the other duckling, I thought would hatch first. The egg zipped. It's like she quit after she stopped hearing her buddy. Just checked on her, I can hear her chirp, not as loud as before.Do we have ducklings yet?
