Temporary set up for the morning so I can keep an eye on them while I work. They will move to a bigger and better brooder in a few hours once I know they are all eating and drinking well.

Glad to hear about Magpies! After moving cross country last year we had to leave our flock with our neighbors farm I loved the Magpies due to them being unique and medium. We too never were keen on mail ordering but TSC around us only had breeds we were less interested in Trying Silver Appleyards and ours come in the mail Thursday.

Keep the Magpie pictures coming! I would love to get a Magpie flock again.
