ducklings attacking

I have two one week old domestic ducks that arrived last Wednesday, and today 3 more arrived. when i put my ducks together in their box, the two older ducks (one week older) attacked. why are they doing this? I put the two boxes with the new and old ducklings next to each other so they can hear each other chirp and get acclimated. will this work? I can't keep birds that want to fight each other.

People use similar methods with adult ducks, so I would think this would work. Keep the same setup for a week or two then try putting them together again. If this doesn't work, put them in the same box with a clear divider of some sort to separate them, but they can still see AND hear each other. Keep that setup for awhile then remove the divider and introduce them again.
