Howdy folks! Writing from Pender Island, BC! Just got 6 little Indian runners 2 black, 3 fawn and 1 white (who we call yellow)
Anyways... they're still babies, but the way they nibble around makes me think maybe I could throw them one of the million pill bugs I've got crawling around (reason we got ducks)
Just how early can we give them these little treats? I noticed some threads people are giving meal worms as treats....
I do the unmediated starter, at 8 weeks we go on to grower and at first egg we go to layer (So said Jeff at Beaupeep in the lower mainland)
But, when can they start in on the bug diet?
