Ducklings first bath....(pics)

Okay, I could stand it no longer...the ducklings had their first warm water bath. They enjoyed a little dip in a bowl in the sink and had soooo much fun. I just wanted to share these pictures with everyone.....

After the bath they were each towel dryed, given a kiss, and back in the brooder box to warm under their light. Then came the Clorox- lol. Ducklings are sooo fun!

Ducklings are adorable, but they are messy!!! I decided to put my pekins in the tub for their first bath, and I'm glad I did!! They were splashing water everywhere!!

I just took first bath pics of my rouen and cayuga ducklings yesterday, but I haven't uploaded them yet. When I do, I'll surely post them!!

I love ducklings so much, if there were a stronger market for ducks here I would hatch nothing but!!

One question, what is the temperament of your cayuga babies? Mine are the most spastic of all the babies I have!! Whenever I pick them up they freak out so badly that they 'spit up'.

Very cute! I love raising ducks, but sadly we have no place to put them.
