Ducklings from Cackle Hatchery

I’m looking to purchase Ancona ducklings. Anyone have experience with Cackle Hatchery ducklings. I just read a review on their chicks.. it freaked me out a little.

I order from them with chicks all the time. I only had one issue when I ordered when it was cold out. That was my fault for shipping during the cold weather. Other than that my chicks have always been healthy and vibrant.

I just ordered chicks from them for the first time . all chicks made it alive and were very healthy and energetic.
