Ducklings (help!!)

I have 2 ducklings born march 21 and one has a bald patch but doesn’t seem to be bothered by it. It had some snot out of its nose and given the chance to wash it has done so but is still snotty?

Do you mean thick like snot or just clear and runny? Any other discharge eyes look bright is the duckling eating and drinking normal and acting normal other wise. and chest congestion? What breed and do they have a way to clean their nares out 24/7
