Duckling's legs becoming deformed

For what it would cost me in gas, I don't know that it'd be worth it. I'm not too far from you but I don't know. I'm in Holly.

Okay... so they do have it. I called earlier today but the girl said she was checking the grocery section and put me on hold before I had a chance to tell her to check vitamins instead.

Sorry to be obnoxious with all the questions but I'm sorry worried about her and I'd hate to loose her. She's the sweetest out of the eight babies I've raised.

How long will it take until I see some improvement?

Depends. If it is a niacin deficiency, you may see improvement in a couple of days...even if there is not a total recovery. If it is some kind of genetic defect, you will see no improvement.

Oh okay. How much would I give her of each. Does it matter if it's straight niacin or does it need to be with brewers yeast? Will it hurt the other (healthy) duckling?

I don't think it will hurt the other duck. I have only used Brewer's yeast but others have reported using niacin. As for dosage, I just would put a dusting on the ducks feed. I never measured.

Oh okay... thank you for all your help. She such a sweetheart and actually likes to be held. I was holding her today and she fell asleep in my lap.

is there Health food store by you or GNC
there is a GNC in Fenton, on Sliver park way,
you take sliver lake, but by you its Grange Hall, turns in to Sliver lk, once you pass US-23, sliver park way is on the south, and you take that down a little, and its on the east side, in a big plaza w/ Sallys beauty supply, UPS, MC Sporting goods.

I wish you the best of luck for her.

but if you ever get a chance to go down to whole foods, its a great place to shop, for Vit's local fruit and Vegs, baked goods, meat,.
