Ducklings losing chest fuzz

I am thinking that this is normal as they are beginning to get some little bitty tail feathers....but, they are two weeks old and when we had them out to play today, DD and I noticed two have chest stubble and look a little balding. At first I thought it was because I placed their waterer inside a little Tupperware bowl in an effort to minimize the water mess. But when we put them back I watched for a while and they can defiantly reach the waterer without rubbing their chests up against the plastic bowl.

Should I be concerned?

i wouldnt worry to much yet. my babies are 16days old and there backs are almost fuzzless and other small spots here and there. Just getting big boy/girl feathers
