Ducklings, please help!

Hi, I have four Appleyard ducklings there about 3 weeks old now. Today I had them in a pool and one of them started to drool and shake his head. Then the others joined in. I took them out of the pool and they kept drooling and shaking there heads. They seemed fine other then that. It’s slimy and clear, I took them to there barn and while I was carrying them. They started to drool more. once they went into there Cage they drooled a bit and then stopped. They seem fine there eating running around and stuff. I’m scard they got poisoned from some plant. It seems that every time they drink or I pick them up they drool. Can anyone help me?

They drank too much water. At least with chickens, whenever they brink too much water it fills their crops and kinda spills out. Whenever you picked them up you probably put pressure on their crops and pushed it up. No worries! They are fine! Not poisoned at all
