Ducks and Dog

I just had to post some pics of our 2 ducks that think our black lab pup needs taking care of I think! They are with her all the time and they peck at her fur to remove bugs or dirt I guess -- especially at her paws. This pic shows them napping in the sun. As soon as they are let out of the pen in the morning they run to find the pup! Quite comical!

Thats so sweet most people have to worry about their pups eating their ducks. lol

Adorable. Both of you. Nice Anconas, too. Maybe it is Labs & Anconas.
My favorite dog was a chocolate lab/border collie mix. Best doggie in the world. I have often thought how happy she would be on this little plot of land with the duckies & chickens. Very sweet.

We have 2 black labs but the older one, Holly, doesn't tolerate the ducks pecking on her and will bark at them but the pup (about 14 months old) just loves them and at times lopes around the yard with them. The pup had to learn not to bother the chickens, ducks and guineas and she has done real well since we got her about 3 months ago. We just get such a kick out of how they are such good buddies!
