Ducks and lime???

Does anyone know if power form lime will harm ducks if spread in their pen???

I know they have pellet form and powder form I don’t know what other names it would be called.

Ah. I use plain old barn lime. We used to use it on our dairy farm to dry things out and freshen things up. We still use it around the birds. It is different from soil lime, that I would not use. I routinely throw barn lime over wet spots, fresh smelly duck poop, and we use it whenever we clean out a pen before putting down more bedding. It is good at killing worm eggs and coccidia by drying them out and smothering them.
