As for the questions of can a swedish be crested, yes, and I agree. Looks like a male Crested Blue Swedish. An The other looks like a female mallard to me as well.

I have a crested blue swedish chick. It definitely is possible.
Look at the tails of your ducks, if there is a curled up feather they are males if not females.
