Ducks being strange

Could it be an alligator or large snake? I agree, get a baby pool or two! They aren't that expensive and the poop water is a miracle grower for plants. I never had bigger or tastier squashes than when I had duck water . Also, if you can make a cover over the baby pools it will keep them cool in the summer and provide hawk protection.

Also your ducks need to be bathing so I would get something sooner rather than later.

My vote is on alligator or large snapping turtle. They're no dummies!

We use to camp in south Ga and yep big hulking alligators are in that part of the state. Snapping turtles and they will take down a full grown duck too. If you don't believe go to you tube.

You can get one of those cement mixing tubs at Tractor Supply or Home Depot. They are really better than the $5 kiddie pool because they'll last forever! Amazon has them too.

Psssh go on craigslist or facebook marketplace or wherever. You can get something for free or basically free. People give away those little pools when they have small leaks, which are usually easily patchable. Chewed gum works great for small holes.
