Duck's Bill cut and bleeding slightly

hello! so recently ( a few min ago actually) i looked at my duck's bill and there was a cut! it wasnt there earlier. there was a bit of blood on it. is there anything important i should do right away?

ok! its a gash a bit above the nostrol (i cnt spell lol) theres a bit of blood on it and the skin on one side is a bit lifted

it mightve been caught on chicken wire but there werent any loose ends where the duck was at

hey um so it seems to be healing a bit the blood is completely gone from the cut and it seems a tiny bit smaller

should i just watch it to make sure nothing happens?
