Ducks came for a visit with their seregant moms

My ducks decided to come visit the chickens and have a feeding feast. The chickens don't seem to be bothered by them at all. These chickens hatched the ducks, but I took them away to raise inside.

They look like they know they're family though!

I love your set up! I dont think ducks and chickens know they're different? You should have seen my hens PANICK when Goat, my white call duck, jumped with such glee into the water tub when she was a "chick"!! The hens were all standing around, clucking like mad...Goat was splashing and zipping in and out! She jumped back out, shook off, and waddled back up like nothing ever happended! She does it all the time now, they're used to it, but that first dip was hilarious!

I'm glad they get to visit, what a pretty place!
