Yes and what can I do to stop it?Are they both males? Sounds like mating behavior.
I tried the pinning them down thing but they just get away. I will try rubber bootsI have a large male Muscovy that does the same thing. He has almost stopped completely except in rare occasions. What I did was pin him down by sitting on him. Not my full body weight but just enough to restrain him. I would stay like that until he relaxed. Had to do that for a while before he accepted I was not his mate. Other things that helped were a broom or other object that I could put between me and him. Never touched him with it but just held it straight up and down in front of me. For some reason that was enough for him to think he couldn't reach me.
Now he's pretty fat and can't run fast so if he ever gets frisky I just have to jog about 20 feet and he gives up.
Oh and the rubber boots someone mentioned do help. If I'm wearing my galoshes he can't get a grip on my legs so it's easier to get away.
