Ducks disappeared!

I was wondering if they were muscovy.

I'm sorry for your loss :hugsIm thinking an air predator because there's no proof on the ground. Ground predators tend to leave some sort of evidence (blood, feathers, body parts).

I would lock up the others for a bit so that the predator goes elsewhere to find food. Air predators like hawks will hang around up to a week to look for more food. When we got attacked we watched the sky for a few days and the hawk moved out after 3 days. It did return a month later, but we amped up our security so it didn't stay long.

Sorry, I also lost one of my Ducks to something, I believe it was a coyote but no sign of feathers etc. I let the ducks out too early in the morning I think. Now I wait until full daylight.
My chicken and ducks are together and the doors are shut at night. One door can be unlocked from the inside and the chicken know how to hit it to unlock it, so at day break the door is opened. I fixed it last night so them couldn't unlock it. Everyone is still locked up for now.
