My black duckling has seemed to have some kind of maybe slightly runny eye. It's hard to tell exactly what is going on with it. It's been like that since I got it, about 2 weeks ago. Today I decided to put a warm cloth on it and see if I can clean it. I swear it did not blink. I felt like I was putting the cloth on its eyeball. It didn't seem to hurt it, though. I just dabbled and tried to wipe softly around they eye.
My questions are 1 are they prone to eye stuff and 2 why didn't it blink, is it blind? I think the other duck blinked really fast when I tested it for blinking.
