Ducks going a little TOO broody??

I am confused! I was just sitting, watching my ducks flap around and get clean in their pool. I have two hens; one buff, one Rouen. All of a sudden, my buff ( toffee ) begins to chase her out, and get on top an be very violent in trying to mate. Some help?!

That's not broody behavior, that's just duck mating behavior. Females will try to mate with females, males with males, there will be whole groups all piled together in a mating frenzy, etc.

Ducks are sexual and Breed lots..Normal behaviour..
