Ducks got a foot problem?(possibly egg bound) *PICS

I got home late and didn't have time to go get the brewers yeast.....tomorrow i'l probably get it because I need to go to the feed store anyways(baby chicks...). She is doing better, still can't walk normally, but she can move from one place to another in a series of wing flaps and hopping limps. I had her float around in a bin full of warm water for 40 mins. she enjoyed it and splashed around. She stands up more often now(but walking is a whole different thing). Still no eggs yet from her, so there is still the possibility of being egg bound, but maybe she just stopped laying due to the stress. I hope to have her walking by the middle of the week......we'l see how that goes.

Brewers yeast of plain ole niacin will work, sounds like she needs one or the other. Thanks for update and happy your seeing some improvement.

My ducks will lay with their legs out behind them that way sometimes. By itself I don't think that is anything to be concerned about. But with the other difficulties you are observing, I think it is wise to proceed with the advice you've been given above.

I had a drake who limped. I added ACV and vitamins to the drinking water, and I would grab him and do a foot wash once a day, just warm soapy water and afterward I'd coat his feet with Vet Rx. Problem solved. Good luck, I hope you get your issues resolved soon.

Shes doing better. I got a hold of some Brewers yeast and sprinkled it on top of her food. I always put ACV in my animals' water, so im good there. Im hoping to see some more improvement.

This is the Brewers yeast I got from the grocerie store

Heres the little secluded pen she is in for now.
This is it from the front

This is from the back angle, I put the little white ladder there just in case she wants to start laying again in her nest.
