Ducks got into septic backup -- will this pass out of their system?

Hello, all!

I just noticed yesterday that our septic drain field apparently needs to be repaired as a tiny puddle backed up into the lawn. Being a holiday week, immediate repair is difficult. So I blocked it off from the birds. Tonight, I noticed that a few of them are sneaking around my partition and getting into the septic runoff to drink. I'm not going to be able to put in a new drainfield as soon as I would like (how about yesterday?) and I have too many birds (we free range) to keep them out of the problem.

Is there anything I can do for them or feed to them to help pass whatever they may have ingested?

How long until it's safe to assume that the septic water is out of their systems?

I was just ready to take the extra drakes to market, but I guess we'll have to wait on that, too.

Thanks!

Not sure how toxic this would be since I see mine dabbling in water they just pooped in, but here is a link to how to flush toxins out of their system. If you decide to use any of these follow the instructions to the T. https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/700526/flushes-for-aiding-in-toxin-removal#post_9508213

Thank you, Miss Lydia! I've got the contaminated area better blocked off and thankfully I know which few birds were likely exposed. Now just to get out the backhoe and put in some new drain fields. Exactly what I wanted to do this week! :)
