DUCKS HATCHED PLZ HELP

My first duckling just hatched and I have a few questions if someone could help

1. What should temp and humidity be now that he is hatched?

2. Does it hurt the other eggs if he bumps and rolls them?

3. I have a sponge in there to keep humidity up. He decided to go lay on it. Is that okay or should I remove it? He keeps pecking at it

I think just like chickens, keep the temp and humidity the same until they are all done hatching, he won't hurt the other eggs, and he's probably fine on the sponge, but remove it if you want, but really you shouldn't open the incubator until they are all hatched unless an emergency happens.
