ducks hatched today....help

Hi I'm relatively new to the duck world and I've gotten all my guys relatively young between 2 days to a week. But these I got today from a hatchery were hatched hours ago is there anything special i should do for them.

2 things - you want the right food (duckling crumb or unmedicated chick crumb; served wet so it's a bit like porridge) and they need enough water to be able to immerse their beaks.

But beyond that will depend on your local climate and the area you'll set up.
