ducks need rehome

Hi, my name is Mary Lowe i live in Missouri Pettis County to be exact I have 4ducks i dont know anything about them but i have been taking care of them for 9months now. I believe that they are Malard Ducks, I live in city limits and cant take care of them anymore already have 2 dogs and 2 adult cats and 5 kittens cant afford them and just really need help w them..

Welcome to BYC.
If you think they are Mallards, You are slightly in a bind. I know there are hatchery grade, Mallards, but those are supposed to come tagged as such. ( think a small toe clipping is used)
All other Mallards are in the same category as other waterfowl, like the Canada goose. Protected, so you are not supposed to keep them.
Now to calm your mind,,, I don't think the authorities are going to raid your back yard, and subject you to life without parole.
Consider posting on your State Thread, as ducks needing a new home. Not sure what breed.
