I have a rubber tub that the ducks can swim in, and clean themselves, But they're not even going in it, just drinking. I think they're use to bathing and swimming in a tub, from the previous owner. I don't want them to have to come in to take a bath, they're outside, they should swim and bathe in their own space. Their 2 ish months old.
Any advice?

Give it time.If they want to go swimming then they will. Not all ducks enjoy being in the water as much as others.

What is their breed?

My muscovy rarely swims. I mean rarely.. Maybe once a month - if that.

It's also cold out. They swim less when it's cold.

They are young as well, and shouldn't be swimming when it's cold and they aren't fully developed. If they want to they can, if they don't - don't force them :)

My 2 Muscovy's don't swim at all!!! but they are 5 years old.Give it some time to get used to things!!!
Those muscovies are sneaky. ;) They may swim. Just not when you're watching, because that would be too kind of them.

My calls swim the most. If the pool is clean, they spend half of their day swimming. They don't like a dirty pool though. Who can blame them! :D

Their Pekin ducks, they loved the bath tub, splashing around, and stuff. They apparently got waterlogged, So how do I stop that from happening?

If they are not fully feathered you have to be momma and take them out before they can catch a chill. If they are fully feathered than they will regulate themselves. Its just like when you have kids you can't wait for them to start walking but once they do sometimes you wish they would just sit still. Kind of like ducks its fun until you have a mudpuddle the size ot an olympic pool that they made fomr their tiny baby pool...obviously exaggerated a bit but sometimes it comes close
