Ducks not laying

Not 100% sure, but she isn't laying and seems to be trying to push something out.

She was foraging with my other duck. Then she was just standing wagging her tail. Now she's eating layered pellets.
I really have no idea what's wrong with her at all It's an on and off thing

The new duck has layed 2 very soft shelled eggs a few days ago, but nithing since then. Now the other duck, who was molting, has stopped. Last night she wasn't eating any mealworms or moving around much. This morning I found a broken, soft-shelled egg in the coop. She is eating and drinking but lighter. Is it lack of calcium or something else? Thanks.

Yes, it sounds like a calcium deficiency to me. Do you feed oyster shells to them?
