Ducks on concrete with shoes

Hey all! My ducks are living on concrete but I have heard that can be hard on their feet. Would it work if I bought them shoes to wear permanently (well not forever)?

duck shoes are only meant for a short time, not everyday. they're also not supposed to get wet
