Ducks rears r being mutilated

Hay everyone. I am in desperate need of advice. I’ve had four ducks die on me and I have three ducks Who is rear ends have been mutilated. I can’t tell if it’s a rat that’s attacking them or if it’s my chickens packing at them. they both live in the same coop so I’m kind of at a loss. last night I just had another duck who had her rear end mutilated. she’s still alive and I’m taking care of her now but I really need advice. I do have a picture if anyone needs to see it thank you
