Ducks suddenly won't go into the Coop....????

Thanks, that's what I'm doing :) Great set of eggs in your basket, which one lays the purple one?
The purple one is actually pink, the light just happens to be low enough there that it looks purplish. Here it is in a better pic. It is layed by my Light Brahma. She laid a brown egg until she molted her first time. They started out very pink like in this pic but now they are kinda dull. She is molting now and has stopped laying so it will be interesting to see if they are still pink.

i have an indian runner(drake) and his wife a pekin. they are friendly and go in their coop every night. they are 3 yrs old. this summer i mail ordered 2 blue Swedish girls-they are beautiful and healthy. THEY are brats! they wont go in their coop at night-sometimes if i spend enough time herding them they will reluctantly golong after the other 2 are in. they run from me and are skittish all the time. any thought anybody?

About the only thing you can do is herd make sure to walk slow and to make yourself look bigger carry a couple of long poles once you get everyone in maybe offer some dried meal worms or peas. If you had fencing around your coop it would be easier just put food and water right at the house inside the fence that way when they come in to eat you just close the gate up. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy plastic poultry fencing from Lowe’s works great for fencing.once they fully understand what you want and are use to the routine the will probably go in pretty easy but you have to show strong leadership skills here and not let them get away with not doing what you want
