Ducks with chickens

This is my first post on the foum. I am interested in getting a few ducklings, and I was wondering if they could run around with my chickens during the day. They would have their own seperate coops. My roo is a Polish and very gentle, and my hens are RIRs.

Yes you can mix ducks and chickens. Just make sure the drakes don't try to mate your hens or it can cause serious damage to your hen.

My 17 chickens & 4 ducks live happily together!!! Same coop at night but they are free range from dawn to dusk.

Thanks! I was worried that people might start saying no without any reason. Also, do the temperments of regular and call ducks differ?
