Ducks with crossed wings

I know its normal in some ducks, but mine seem to have a serious problem with it. They are so bad that the wings cross almost half way up, and it seems uncomfortable because they keep twitching their wings. Is there anything I can do to help them out? Anything I should have done? Is it a serious problem?

I am thinking a picture and breed may help.
